Introduction

This solution enables seamless data transfer from your internal company systems directly into Teamio, eliminating duplicate position data entry. All imported data appears immediately in Teamio’s Draft Requisitions section, where you can edit job postings before publishing them.

Teamio provides two APIs for automated vacancy import and job ad publishing. Vacancy Import and Job Ad Publishing (JSON API) is the new generation of the API based on REST and JSON. It is available free of charge and is the recommended choice for all new integrations. After activation, clients can generate their API credentials, configure the integration, and manage it independently. Vacancies Import (XML API) is the original API for importing vacancies into Teamio. It remains fully supported and continues to be available under the existing commercial terms.
